The Windmill Club is a condo and townhouse community in Howell,NJ. Located
on the Northbound (East) Side of Route 9, it offers easy access to major
transportation routes. You can walk to the NYC bus stop.
The Windmill Club was built in stages beginning in 1977 and finished in
1988. There are a total of 383 homes, in a combination of 1 & 2
bedroom single level condos, and 2 &3 bedroom townhouses. Some of the
homes have garages and/or basements and range in size from 747 sq ft* to
1393 sq ft*.
The maintenance fee of $120 - $130 per month includes landscaping, snow
removal, garbage and recycling, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, basketball
courts.
School age children will attend Taunton Elementary School, Howell South
Middle School and the Freehold Regional High School District.
