Point O Woods is a
community consisting of 545 condo and townhouse properties, and 170
single family homes. It is located in Howell, south of the Freehold
Twp border on the west side of Route 9 at Bergerville Rd. The condos
and townhouse were built in 1988, the single family homes in 1991. The
single family homes pay an association fee of $100 per year, which
goes towards the common area maintenance and use of the amenities -
pool, clubhouse, tennis courts etc. The condos and townhouses pay
$175.00 - $205.00 per month. This includes the amenities and exterior
maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, garbage and recycling
collection.
School age children will attend the Griebling
Elementary School, Memorial Middle School, and Howell High School in the
Freehold Regional High School District.
Pets are not allowed.
